Targets: lower abs, works from a chair or bench too
How to do it
- 1Sit on the edge of a chair or the floor, leaning back slightly, hands beside you.
- 2Lift your feet and pull both knees toward your chest.
- 3Extend the legs back out without touching down.
- 4Keep the chest proud β no slumping.
Form tips
- β’ Think 'knees to chest, chest to knees' β both move
- β’ Slower extension = harder
- β’ Great travel/office option
Common mistakes
- β’ Rounding into a slump
- β’ Feet tapping the floor every rep
- β’ Gripping the chair with white knuckles instead of bracing the core
